Reiki Levels and Training Articles

From the Prismatic Reiki Academy blog

Usui Reiki is taught in three levels. Level 1 opens your energy channels for self-practice and hands-on sessions. Level 2 adds the first three symbols and the ability to send Reiki at a distance. The Master level adds the Master symbol and the ability to attune others. These articles help you choose where to begin, what to practice between levels, and how the symbols are used once you receive them. You will also find guidance on knowing whether you are ready for formal training and what to look for in a program that teaches the whole person. Take your time with each level. Many teachers suggest waiting at least 21 days between attunements, and that time is part of the training.
