An attunement is the sacred process that opens and aligns your energy channels so that Reiki can flow through you. A distance attunement sends that same process across any distance using focused intention. Because energy is not bound by space, a distance attunement is every bit as complete as one given in person, a truth that has been part of Reiki for as long as it has been taught.

Michael Allison prepares and sends your attunement, which is held in a gentle chi ball of energy so you can receive it whenever you are ready, that day or any day after. How to Prepare
Choose a quiet, comfortable space where you will not be disturbed for about twenty to thirty minutes. Sit or lie down, take several slow, easy breaths, and set a simple intention to receive your attunement now. Soft music, a candle, or a few minutes of stillness can help you settle. When you feel calm and open, you are ready.
During Your Attunement
Simply relax and allow the energy to flow. Many people feel warmth, gentle tingling, drifting colors, or waves of deep peace. Others feel very little in the moment and notice the shift later. Every experience is valid, and there is no wrong way to receive. Rest for a few minutes afterward and drink some water.
After Your Attunement
