Reiki Attunements in Damascus, Maryland
A 2013 referendum approved beer and wine sales in Damascus and ended its run as the last dry town in Maryland.
The town sits in upper Montgomery County and holds on to a rural flavor. Its agricultural fair, the Damascus Community Fair, dates to 1940 and still pulls thousands of visitors every year. The Damascus Heritage Society Museum, devoted to local history, opened in November 2009. Damascus Recreational Park covers 284 acres, with athletic fields, courts for tennis, pickleball and basketball, and picnic shelters that can be reserved. The Damascus Community Recreation Center runs to 31,000 square feet, and its programs cover sports and fitness, the arts, and community activities. Clagettsville, Browningsville, Cedar Grove, Woodfield and King's Valley surround the town, each one rural. Owner occupancy runs at about 92% of occupied homes, single-family detached houses make up roughly 77% of the housing stock, and somewhere around 50% of adults have earned a bachelor's degree or beyond. The town is also known for the athletic tradition at Damascus High School. Prismatic Academy is online only, and every course arrives as an instant digital download.
Reiki practice is an unregulated complementary field in the US, so requirements vary by state and setting. We recommend checking any local rules that apply to your situation.
Do I have to travel outside Damascus for any part of your Reiki attunements, or is all of it online?
No travel is needed, and none is offered. Prismatic Academy is fully online. You set your own pace. Reiki here is complementary support for relaxation and a calmer daily rhythm, not medical care, and we claim nothing beyond that.
