Reiki Attunements in Waterford, Munster
On 7 March 1848 the Irish tricolour was flown in public for the first time at 33 The Mall, raised by Waterford-born Thomas Francis Meagher, and it flew for eight days and nights before the authorities removed it.
Meagher went on to become a brigadier general in the Union Army during the American Civil War. Vikings founded the city around 914 AD, and its name comes from the Old Norse Vadrarfjordr, the fjord of the rams or the windy fjord. Reginald's Tower is the oldest urban civic building in Ireland and the only monument in the country named after a Viking. The Viking Triangle, the cultural quarter enclosed by roughly 1,000-year-old Viking walls, is home to the Waterford Treasures museums. Georgian architect John Roberts designed the city's Church of Ireland and Roman Catholic cathedrals, plus much of its finest civic architecture. The blaa, a soft floury white bread roll made in the city's traditional bakeries, holds EU Protected Geographical Indication status.
If getting to an in-person Reiki class would mean a drive, can I complete an attunement entirely from home in Waterford instead?
Yes, and no travel is involved. Every course and attunement from the academy is delivered online, so you can study from home in Waterford. Reiki is offered as complementary support for relaxation and a calmer daily rhythm, and it is not medical care, so please keep your GP in the picture.
