Reiki Attunements in Halifax, Nova Scotia
Each year Nova Scotia sends a large Christmas tree to Boston, a thank-you for the relief Boston rushed north after the 1917 explosion.
On 6 December 1917 the munitions ship SS Mont-Blanc collided with the SS Imo in the harbour and detonated, devastating the city's Richmond district, killing at least 1,782 people and injuring about 9,000, in what was the largest human-made explosion before the atomic age. The British founded a fortified town in 1749, when Edward Cornwallis arrived with about 2,500 settlers. On Citadel Hill the star-shaped fortress guards the city, and the Old Town Clock was built under the Duke of Kent. The waterfront boardwalk runs roughly four kilometres, among the longest in the world, with views of Georges Island and the working port. In 2015 the donair was named the official food of the Halifax Regional Municipality, making Halifax the only Canadian city with an official food.
I am settled in Halifax, so will anything be mailed to Nova Scotia and do I have to travel for an in-person attunement?
No on both counts. Every attunement and course is an instant digital download, so nothing ships to Nova Scotia and there is no border crossing or customs step. Reiki is offered as complementary support for relaxation, and it does not replace care from your own health professionals.
