Canberra keeps AEST at UTC+10 and moves to AEDT at UTC+11 from the first Sunday in October to the first Sunday in April, while the United States runs daylight saving from the second Sunday in March to the first Sunday in November, so the two places do not change their clocks on the same dates. None of that touches your enrolment. You download the material when you enrol and work through it at whatever hour suits you, early before work or late on a July evening when the average high has sat near 12 °C. There is no in-person session anywhere in the ACT. Reiki is offered here as complementary support for relaxation and a calmer daily rhythm, and it is not medical care.
