Reiki Attunements in Newport, Wales
Newport, known in Welsh as Casnewydd or Casnewydd-ar-Wysg, sits on the River Usk close to where the river meets the Severn Estuary. Every program is an instant digital download, offered as complementary support for relaxation and mindful self-care.
The city grew from 145,700 people in 2011 to 159,587 in 2021, the largest rise of any unitary authority in Wales. City status came late, in 2002, six years after Newport became a unitary authority in 1996. Today it ranks as the sixth most populous principal authority in Wales and the third largest holding city status. About 12 miles north-east of Cardiff, Newport belongs to both the Cardiff-Newport metropolitan area and the wider Cardiff Capital Region. Prismatic Reiki Academy has no premises anywhere in Newport, so every attunement and lesson arrives online as an instant digital download.
We describe these as complementary practices that may help with relaxation and a sense of balance. They are not medical treatment and are not a substitute for advice from a qualified health professional.
