1. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

• Your name and email address, when you check out, join our newsletter or contact us
• Payment details, which Stripe collects on its own secure checkout page (see section 6)
• Your IP address and information about your browser and device
• How you use our pages, through the cookies and similar tools described in section 5

2. Use of Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Process orders and deliver digital products
• Send order confirmations and download links
• Send a reminder email if you start checkout and do not finish. Every reminder has an unsubscribe link.
• Send our newsletter if you sign up. Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link.
• Respond to customer inquiries and support requests
• Understand how visitors use our website so we can improve it
• Measure our ads and show them to people who may be interested, on Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest
• Comply with legal obligations

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal information for money. We share information only with:

• Stripe: to process payments (see section 6)
• AppWT Web & AI Solutions: the company that builds and hosts this website and runs its site analytics
• Meta, Google and Pinterest: through the analytics and advertising tools described in section 5. These tools are not used for visitors in the European Union, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland.
• Email service providers: to send order emails, checkout reminders and newsletters
• Legal authorities: when required by law or to protect our rights

We share information about your visits with Meta and Pinterest for targeted advertising, which means ads shown to you based on your activity. Some U.S. state privacy laws, including California's, treat this as a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. You can opt out at any time on our Your Privacy Choices page, or by turning on Global Privacy Control in your browser (see section 5).

4. Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your personal information, including:

• SSL encryption for all data transmission
• Secure payment processing through Stripe (we never store credit card numbers)
• Access controls to limit who can view your personal information
• Regular security assessments and updates

While we strive to protect your personal information, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

5. Cookies, Analytics and Advertising

Our pages use the tools below. For each one we list what it collects, why we use it, which company receives the information and how to opt out. Cookie names and how long they last are on our Cookie Policy page.

Essential session cookie

A session cookie keeps your cart and checkout working. It is deleted when you close your browser and is not used for advertising.

Site analytics by AppWT

Our website developer, AppWT Web & AI Solutions, runs our site analytics. It stores a random visitor ID and session ID in your browser. It records the pages you view, the site that sent you here, and details about your browser and device, which also help filter out automated bot traffic. This information goes to AppWT's analytics server, not to advertising platforms. It runs for all visitors. You can stop it by clearing or blocking site data for prismaticacademy.com in your browser.

Google Analytics 4

• What it collects: the pages you view, how you arrived, your browser and device type, and an approximate location based on your IP address. It sets the cookies _ga and _ga_XT0ETVWPFJ.
• Why: to understand how visitors use our website so we can improve it.
• Who receives it: Google LLC.
• How to opt out: install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, and read how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

We do not run Google Ads tags on this website.

Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API (Facebook and Instagram)

• What it collects: the Meta Pixel records the pages you view, the site that sent you here, your IP address, and your browser and device type. It sets the _fbp cookie, sets _fbc when you arrive from a Facebook or Instagram ad, and saves the last outside site that sent you here in your browser. When you complete a purchase, our server also sends Meta a Purchase event through the Meta Conversions API. That event contains the order total, the courses you bought, your IP address, your browser type, the _fbp and _fbc values if present, and your email address in hashed form. Hashing turns your email into a one-way code before it leaves our server.
• Why: to measure whether our Facebook and Instagram ads lead to visits and purchases, and to show our ads to people who may be interested.
• Who receives it: Meta Platforms, Inc.
• How to opt out: use our Your Privacy Choices page or Global Privacy Control, adjust how Meta uses your activity from other businesses, and read the Meta Privacy Policy.

Pinterest Tag and Pinterest Conversions API

• What it collects: the Pinterest Tag records the pages you view, your IP address, and your browser and device type. Pinterest may set its own cookies. When you complete a purchase, our server also sends Pinterest a checkout event with the order number, order total, number of items, the courses you bought, your IP address, your browser type, and your email address in hashed form.
• Why: to measure whether our Pinterest ads lead to visits and purchases, and to show our ads to people who may be interested.
• Who receives it: Pinterest, Inc.
• How to opt out: use our Your Privacy Choices page or Global Privacy Control, follow Pinterest's personalization and data settings, and read the Pinterest Privacy Policy.

Google Translate

The language selector uses Google Translate. When a page loads, Google receives your IP address and browser details, and Google may set its own cookie (NID). If you choose a language, the page text is sent to Google to be translated, and a googtrans cookie remembers your choice. See the Google Privacy Policy.

Accessibility tool

The accessibility button loads from appwt.com. If you change one of its settings, your choice is saved in your browser so it stays in place. It is not used for analytics or advertising.

Visitors in Europe, the United Kingdom and Switzerland

If your IP address shows that you are in the European Union, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, our pages do not load the Meta Pixel, the Pinterest Tag or Google Analytics. Our server also does not send Meta or Pinterest a purchase event for your order. The session cookie, our site analytics, Google Translate and the accessibility tool still work as described above, and Stripe still processes payments.

Your choices

• Your Privacy Choices page: press "Opt out of ad tracking" on our Your Privacy Choices page. This saves a cookie in your browser for one year. While it is set, our pages do not load the Meta Pixel, the Pinterest Tag or Google Analytics, and our server does not send Meta or Pinterest a purchase event for your orders. Our own site analytics and the cart session keep working. You can opt back in on the same page.
• Global Privacy Control: if your browser or a browser extension sends the Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as the same opt-out, automatically.
• An opt-out applies to the browser and device you use. If you clear your cookies, the Your Privacy Choices opt-out is removed and you can set it again.
• Google Analytics also stops after you opt out. You can block it on every website with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
• Ad settings at each company: Meta, Pinterest and Google My Ad Center.
• Use your browser settings to block third-party cookies, clear cookies and site data, or browse privately. Blocking all cookies may stop the cart from working.
• Opt out of interest-based ads from many companies through the Digital Advertising Alliance and the Network Advertising Initiative.

6. Payments by Stripe

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. on Stripe's secure checkout page. Stripe collects your payment card or other payment details, your billing details, your email address, your IP address and information about your device. Stripe uses its own cookies and fraud prevention tools on that page. If you choose another payment option shown there, such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link, Klarna, Affirm, Afterpay or Cash App Pay, that provider also receives the details it needs to complete your payment. We never see or store your full card number. Stripe tells us your name, email address, what you bought, the amount and whether the payment succeeded. See the Stripe Privacy Policy.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal information
• Request corrections to your personal information
• Opt out of marketing communications
• Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for targeted advertising, on our Your Privacy Choices page or with Global Privacy Control
• Request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements)
