When it is passed across distance, no touch takes place; the facilitator invites the person into the Lemurian Temple, picturing them in the center with the Lemurians gathered in a circle, and then requests on their behalf the Temple Initiation, the Dimensional Resonance Activation and Alignment, and whatever empowerments are in their highest interest, allowing the energies to flow.

Once the work is complete, the guide asks that you thank the Lemurians and gently bring your awareness back to the present, allowing up to a week for clearing and full integration of the energies. It frames the Lemurians as loving presences you commune with rather than forces that act on command, so the whole practice is offered as partnership and reflection.
