Digital Products Policy

Since all products offered by Prismatic Reiki Academy are digital downloads delivered instantly upon purchase, all sales are generally final.

However, we want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase and to have a positive experience with our academy. If you experience any issues with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of your order date.

Circumstances We May Offer Resolution

We will consider refunds or resolutions in the following circumstances:

• Technical issues preventing download: If you are unable to download your files due to technical problems on our end
• Duplicate purchases: If you accidentally purchased the same product more than once
• Product not as described: If the product materially differs from its description on our website

What We Cannot Refund

We are unable to offer refunds in the following situations:

• Products already downloaded and used: Once you have accessed and used the digital content
• Change of mind: After you have accessed the content and simply changed your mind
• Inability to receive distance attunements: The experience of receiving energy attunements varies by individual and may be subtle. This is a normal part of the process and does not indicate a problem with the product
• User error: If you fail to download your files within the 72-hour window or exceed the 5-download limit
